Early Bird Deadline Extended
We’re pleased to announce that the Early Bird deadline for conference registration has been extended to May 17, 2008. We are able to offer this extension because the number of retailers who have registered so far has been outstanding and has allowed us to firm up our contracts with the Hilton Waikoloa and the airlines. This gives us the flexibility to extend the deadline and gives you another 2 months to take advantage of the early bird savings of $500.
The conference is being held February 22nd through 28th, 2009 at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Your registration includes 7 days and 6 nights for 2 at a beautiful world-class resort, where you’ll join retailers from across the country to hear from business and industry leaders, discuss common issues, share ideas and success stories. All the while you’ll be able to enjoy the lush tropical grounds of the resort and take part in relaxing and fun leisure-time activities.
Your registration includes everything from hotel and airfare to meals, entertainment, and even many special gifts during your stay. The cost per couple is $4799 during our extended early bird registration, after May 17, 2008 the cost will be $5299. If you don’t have your registration form handy, you can download a copy from the conference website.
Don’t lose out on a great way to save $500. Just send in your conference registration today. You’ll enjoy the extra savings, and we’ll look forward to seeing you in Hawaii in February, 2009.
